Anand is a passionate and enthusiastic engineer, dedicated to the work he is assigned to. He is currently a member of the IEEE Computer Society Bangalore Section Chapter Executive Committee and is actively coordinating student activities of IEEE CS Bangalore Chapter. He held the positions of Editorial Team Member of IEEE India Council Student Coordination Team in 2017, the Vice Chairman of IEEE Computer Society India Council Student Activities Committee in 2016, Chairman of IEEE Computer Society Student Chapter in 2015 and 2016(till 2017), Federal Institute of Science And Technology (FISAT) and Treasurer of IEEE FISAT Student Branch in 2016(till 2017). He has also served various other positions including the Publicity Manager for Diaspora Yatra, a nationwide campaign to promote Diaspora*, an open-source social networking platform. He was also working as a freelancer, developing Softwares for various clients and startups. He is also a free software advocate and a member of various free software groups including the FISAT Free Software Cell(prev.) and ILUG Cochin.
He is a person who constantly updates himself about the new trends in the industry and gains exposure and prepares himself to adapt to such changes. With experience in working on many projects, he has developed good programming and design skills. He is also a cyber security enthusiast and aspires to learn more about cyber security engineering. He was running a startup and had worked in many. He regularly conducts training sessions in programming languages like Python, C and C++ and bridging classes for Engineering and Higher Secondary students as well as services like corporate presentations training and motivation classes for students, conducting over 25+ training sessions, workshops and other skill development sessions.
He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor in Technology(with Honours) in Computer Science and Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, from Federal Institute of Science And Technology (FISAT), Angamaly, Kerala where he was actively involved in various skill development and training in the field of computing.
He is a very friendly person who likes to make a lot of friends and exchange knowledge and possess good interpersonal skills. He is addicted to music, poetry, and travel and loves to spend his leisure time listening to music and exploring new places, though he is not a regular traveller.
